Dec 5 – YOUR HEALING!

“Then your light shall break forth like the morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily and your righteousness shall go before you” (Isaiah 58:8).

Your healing shall spring forth. You will regain the health you lost. The power you lost will come back to you. God will make everything new and make your healthy life to prosper.

How joyous it would be when the broken families get united and start living again! How happy it would be when God unites the nuclear families! Your healing should spring forth in your physical health, mental happiness and your rejoicing in Spirit.

How will the springing forth of healing happen? God has prescribed a condition in the Scripture for you to follow. Yes, certain things need to be accomplished for you to receive this.

Yes, ‘there you will have to loosen the bonds of wickedness, undo the heavy burdens, let the oppressed go free and break every yoke’ (Isaiah 58:6). You need to loosen the bonds and set the oppressed free.

When the cattle are to be tied, people use a rope for the purpose. But Satan has kept the people bound with superstitious rites, traditions, ignorance and intoxication. Who is to untie them? Who is to deliver them?

Once, a big fire broke out in a slum. Amid the flames, was a buffalo tied to a tree with a steel chain. When the fire was spreading, the people tried to save the animal, but they could not untie the animal as the chain used was very strong. The animal had to die in a gruesome manner. That incident made the people realise how the bound people will suffer when put into the fire of hell.

At any cost, you will have to deliver these bound people. You may fast and pray for this. Jesus Christ looked at His disciples and said, “Go into the village opposite you and immediately you will find a donkey tied and a colt with her. Loose them and bring them to me” (Mathew 21:1, 2).

God says, “Go into the village.” The people in the villages are afflicted with ignorance, superstitions and darkness. Dear children of God, will you come forward to deliver them?

To meditate: “This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief” (I Timothy 1:15).
