JUNE 28 – GOD WHO REVEALS!

“Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets” (Amos 3:7).

When you submit yourself to do the ministry of God and do what you are able to do, the blessings that God gives you for this are great and special. He open-mindedly reveals His secrets to His servants.

There are several secrets and hidden things in the Scripture. Since God had revealed His secrets to Paul the Apostle, he calls himself “Steward of the mysteries of God.” Yes. All the secrets of God are revealed only through His servants.

The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was unknown to all in that city. But God was unable to hide it from Abraham. God who came towards Sodom and Gomorrah met Abraham on the way and revealed the secret to him saying, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing” (Genesis 18:17).

When you speak to God in prayer with an open mind, He will also speak in the same way with you. Further, He will also reveal to you the hidden treasures and secrets. What the dream of Pharaoh meant was hidden, and no one knew it. Nobody was able to say what the dream in which seven cows and seven heads of grain appeared meant. But God revealed the secret to Joseph, His servant.

Similarly, King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream in which a big statue appeared, and he was worried about what it meant. No wise men or sorcerer could say what that dream meant. But God willed to reveal the same during the night to Daniel. If you love God and do His ministry, He will reveal you surely the divine secrets.

Look at the life of John, the apostle. God greatly loved him and kept on revealing all divine secrets to him. He took him to Patmos Island alone and gave him the revelations of the present, future and eternity, opening heaven. Dear children of God, That God will also reveal to you, all the hidden things. You can receive such blessings by doing His glorious ministry.

To meditate: “I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from my Father I have made known to you” (John 15:15).
