Sep 13 – IT IS YOU WHO CREATED!

“For you created all things, and by your will they exist and were created” (Revelations 4:11).

Every creation of our precious Lord is a book of lesson for us. If you look up to them with meditation, you can understand the characteristics of God, the creator. “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork” (Psalms 19:1).

Look up to the sun. How glorious He should be, if He is able to provide so much of greatness to it! How greatly He could make you shine, when He is able to provide such velocity and brightness to the lightning! How powerful He should be when He is able to create the thunder which shakes the whole world. He said ‘The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool’. How gloriously He will rise! How compassionate He should be to make the rain pour both on the just and on unjust!

The Scripture says, “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen,  being understood by the things that are made,  even His eternal power and Godhead,  so that they are without excuse” (Romans 1:20). When we observe every creation being wondrous, our hearts overflow with gratitude.

You are supposed to praise His eternal power and Godliness which are invisible to you. The Scripture says, “Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in His holy mountain” (Psalms 48:1). The Coming of God has come very near. Prepare yourself to receive Him with praise.

The Scripture says, “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name” (Psalms 100:4). How ecstatic your heart would be, when you enter through the gates of heaven into the Eternal Canaan, which is a golden nation where the glorious brightness glows!

Days are coming to an end. All the creations are reminding the Coming of the God of creations. Paul the Apostle says, “For now, we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face” (I Corinthians 13:12). You will happily see him and your eyes will shed tears of happiness.

Dear children of God, resolve to praise and thank God more. If you keep on praising God while on earth, it will pave the way for you to rejoice and praise Him forever while in eternity too.

To meditate: “And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away” (Isaiah 35:10).
