Jun 28 – HE WHO GIVES VICTORY !

“And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ” (Exodus 3:14)

The Israelites who were slaves in the land of Egypt for four hundred and thirty years had no weapons in their hands. There was no strength or opportunity to stand against Pharaoh and his armies. They were in a wretched condition; in terrible slavery; and unable to act. All they could think of was failure, and they lived their lives with a failure mindset.

But Pharaoh had a great army. He had many magicians to advise him. And the children of Israel could not stand against Him and fight. But the Lord willed to grant them victory. But how would they fight their battle to be freed from Egypt? The only weapon given to them by the Lord, was the blood of the Passover lamb.

That weapon of warfare was able to accomplish two things. First, it covered and protected all the families of Israel. The messenger of death could not enter into the houses that were sprinkled with the blood of the Passover lamb.

At the same time, in the houses that were not sprinkled with the blood of the Passover lamb, they lost the lives of the firstborn of man and beast. Yes, the blood of the Lamb not only protects us but also serves as a mighty weapon of warfare.

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4). The Scripture says, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death” (Revelation 12:11).

Who are the Pharaohs who have risen up against you? Sprinkle the mighty Blood of our Lord Jesus over all your enemies and declare that there is, ‘Victory in the Blood of Jesus’.

Then all the fetters will be broken. All the resistance will disappear. The Lord will fill you and use you, with word and power so that no one can stand against you.

With the Blood of the Lamb, the Israelites were not only delivered from Egyptian bondage, but they also plundered the Egyptians and left Egypt with articles of gold and silver. The bondage that lasted for four hundred and thirty years, ended in just one day by the blood of the Passover lamb.

Children of God, Jesus Christ is able to break all the bondages; and all the sinful habits; and set you free by His precious blood.

Verse for further meditation: “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” (Ephesians 1:7).
