Mar 03 – HE WILL SEND !

“He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions” (Psalm 107:20)

We convey many developments of our lives to our close family members through letters, or by calling them on the phone. But God sends out His message directly unto us. And today He is sending His word directly to your family and gives a command for divine healing.

There is a huge difference between the worldly utterances and the words of our Lord. The words of the Lord are full of life and Spirit, which are completely missing in the worldly rhetoric. His word brings life to the souls and gives wisdom to the fools. The Lord sends forth His word and heals people.

The Roman Centurion believed in the healing power of the Lord. He looked unto the Lord and said: “Lord, But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed” (Matthew 8:8). The Lord who created the whole world with just one word, Lord who created sun, moon and the stars with just one word – will He not send forth His word and command divine healing and health for you?

The Scripture says: “ For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” (Matthew 12:34). Since the Lord’s heart is filled with compassion and boundless love, His mouth speaks divine healing.

Our Lord Jesus said: “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (Isaiah 55:11). Therefore you, who are weak will be strengthened and you who have become feeble with sickness, will be granted robust health by the Lord.

When He sends out His word, distances do not matter – whether near or far. If a ray of light sent by man into the space, could travel seven times around the world, within a second, you can imagine how strong and swift the word of God will travel. Because He is not merely a God near at hand, but also a God afar off (Jeremiah 23:23). Children of God, receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. (James 1:21). Then you will surely obtain divine health.

Verse for further meditation: “The Lord forgives all your iniquities, He heals all your diseases, He redeems your life from destruction, He crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, He satisfies your mouth with good things…”(Psalm 103:3-5).
